  4. Menubar is Shareware, which means you are obliged to send the
  5. Registration Fee to the author if you use it. As an alternative APDL can
  6. supply MenuBar in a 'retail pack' which includes a laser printed Manual
  7. and Tutorial. This costs £16 and you can order from APDL, using your
  8. credit card if you wish, by phone, fax, email or letter to the APDL
  9. address, making cheques payable to APDL.
